Welcome!
T99 is a free application for Symbian OS, that solves the problem of text message (sms) becoming shorter (from 160 to 70 characters), when one uses letters with diacritical mark. What is more T9 dictionary for many languages (see flags above the header of the page) contains words with such letters, and all users of Symbian phones that use these languages, are forced to choose: not to use T9, or write smses 70 characters long. An installation of T99 lets you use T9, and write smses 90 characters longer than without the program.
T99 is a deamon (a program running in the background) that removes diacritical marks before sending a message (it replaces letter ś with letter s etc.). The program doesn't have a user interface, so you only have to download and install it. Since then you don't have to worry about shorter text messages. If you want to know more about T99, please choose the next page from the menu on the left.
